What You Will Do:

• Coordinate the transfer of new products from laboratory scale to industrial production, assessing costs and quality impact.
• Participate in investigations to identify and correct faults occurring in the technological process.
• Develop work instructions for equipment newly introduced into the production flow.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department to modify or integrate new devices into existing installations.
• Ensure commissioning and handover of new machinery or production lines to the production, mechanical, and electrical departments.
• Suggest solutions to optimize technological processes and improve equipment performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a chemical, food, or related manufacturing environment
• Fluency in Romanian and English
• Strong organizational skills
