Process Engineer

What You Will Do:
- Coordinate the transfer of new products from laboratory scale to industrial production, assessing costs and quality impact.
- Participate in investigations to identify and correct faults occurring in the technological process.
- Develop work instructions for equipment newly introduced into the production flow.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance department to modify or integrate new devices into existing installations.
- Ensure commissioning and handover of new machinery or production lines to the production, mechanical, and electrical departments.
- Suggest solutions to optimize technological processes and improve equipment performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a chemical, food, or related manufacturing environment
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- Strong organizational skills
