Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines and auxiliary power units for commercial, military and business aircraft. Through industry-leading businesses – Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon – RTX pushes the limits of technology and science to redefine how we connect and protect our world.
We are advancing aviation, engineering integrated defense systems, and developing next-generation technology solutions and manufacturing to help global customers address their most critical challenges. Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney.

We are looking for a high caliber FP&A Manager with strong business acumen who can serve as a critical bridge between data and strategy, translating complex financial metrics into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
This role offers a unique opportunity to grow as a holistic finance professional, honing skills and experience across both financial planning and analysis, and management controls and audit. Reporting directly to the Controller of the Pratt & Whitney repair facility, you will become part of a strong network of facilities in Singapore.

What You Will Do

• Lead core FP&A activities, including rolling forecasts, management reporting, monthly business reviews and closing activities, while ensuring reporting accuracy and delivering forward-looking variance analysis.

• Drive the five-year long-range plan, strategic planning cycle and business-case development, translating operational and financial data into actionable insights for senior management and Board presentations.

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to business and operations leaders, constructively challenging key decisions and driving initiatives aligned with the organisation’s growth strategy.

• Execute financial controlling activities, maintain compliance with Financial Reporting Standards and RTX/P&W policies, and support internal controls, risk management and internal/external audits.

• Lead projects focused on operational excellence, cost reduction, margin improvement, transformation and automated reporting, enabling real-time and predictive business insights.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.

• Five to seven or more years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A or financial controlling.

• Advanced financial-modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex operational metrics into financial forecasts and business insights.

• Solid knowledge of internal-control frameworks, SOX compliance, risk management and audit methodologies.

• Strong business acumen, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Chartered Accountant qualification or another relevant professional accounting certification.

• Experience within aerospace, aviation or Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul environments.

• Proficiency in enterprise ERP systems, particularly SAP.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar data-visualisation and automated-reporting tools.

• Experience delivering finance transformation, continuous-improvement or operational-excellence initiatives.

What We Offer

• Career and skills development opportunities.

• Employee scholarship program for further education.

• Comprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.

• On-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.

• Competitive renumeration package.

• Allowance and overtime benefits where appliable.

• Company transport provided. (Varies from Site to Site)
