Job Description

We are seeking a senior individual contributor to lead and scale strategic initiatives that drive the growth of embedded payments across partner ecosystems. This role focuses on advancing partner-related programs and transformative platform initiatives that improve how integrated payment solutions are delivered, scaled, and monetized.

You will operate at the intersection of partners, sales, and product to ensure embedded payment capabilities are effectively aligned to market opportunities and customer needs. Your work will directly support revenue growth, improve partner solution adoption, and enhance the scalability of payment integrations.

This role requires strong ownership, structured problem-solving, and the ability to execute in complex, fast-moving environments. You will collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders to drive progress, remove barriers, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives that advance embedded payments growth across partner ecosystems, including partner onboarding models, solution expansion, and platform enhancements
  • Drive cross-functional execution of partner-related and platform transformation projects, aligning Sales, Product, Technology, and Partner teams around shared objectives
  • Evaluate and prioritize partner solutions based on market demand, integration feasibility, and revenue potential, ensuring alignment to growth strategies
  • Support complex sales opportunities by advising on partner solution fit, integration approach, and value positioning to accelerate deal progression
  • Identify and address gaps in the embedded payments ecosystem (e.g., integration capabilities, partner coverage, process inefficiencies) and drive solutions to improve scalability and performance
  • Lead partner-related program development, including framework design, process optimization, and governance models to support long-term growth
  • Monitor performance metrics across initiatives (adoption, revenue contribution, partner engagement) and use insights to refine strategy and execution
  • Act as a central coordination point across initiatives, ensuring alignment, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum across multiple concurrent efforts
  • Operate with strong execution discipline, managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in ambiguous environments

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in payments, embedded solutions, or partner ecosystems (ISVs, SaaS platforms), with strong understanding of APIs, gateways, and fintech landscape
  • Proven experience leading strategic initiatives or programs that drive growth, scalability, or transformation within complex organizations
  • Experience supporting consultative sales motions and aligning solutions to customer and market needs
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Technology, and Partner teams to deliver outcomes
  • Analytical and results-oriented, with ability to leverage data and feedback to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior internal leaders and external partners
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, integration models, and platform-based business strategies
