About the Role
The Associate Director, Commercial Parts Sales & Customer Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for accelerating commercial parts revenue growth through the development and execution of integrated sales plans and differentiated customer solutions strategies. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, and Digital teams to deliver compelling parts offerings that improve customer experience, increase market share, and drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Commercial Strategy
- Own the development of multi-year commercial parts growth strategies aligned to overall business, revenue, and margin objectives.
- Translate market insights, customer segmentation, and performance data into actionable sales plans and prioritized growth initiatives.
- Identify and scale new revenue opportunities including customer programs, targeted offerings, pricing strategies, and service-based solutions.
- Partner with Finance to assess ROI, margin impact, and growth of trade-offs to ensure profitable execution.
Customer Solutions & Value Proposition
- Lead and design customer solutions that simplify buying, increase delivery confidence, and drive repeat purchase behavior.
- Define differentiated parts offerings (e.g., parts only agreements, contracts, kits, and service enablement solutions) tailored to customer needs and market segments.
- Partner with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure clear value messaging, adoption, and execution of customer programs.
Cross Functional Leadership & Execution
- Lead cross functional collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Digital, Finance, and Marketing to ensure sales strategies are fully enabled operationally.
- Serve as a key liaison between commercial teams and internal support functions to remove barriers, accelerate execution, and improve scalability.
- Drive alignment between sales plans, inventory strategies, ordering processes, and delivery capabilities.
Performance Management & Analytics
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for sales growth, customer adoption, and solution performance.
- Monitor performance trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Deliver clear, data driven updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
People Leadership & Change Enablement
- Develop, mentor, and lead teams supporting sales growth and customer solutions.
- Foster a customer ‑centric, results driven culture focused on speed, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a changed agent to support adoption of new commercial programs, processes, and tools through effective communication and change management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales planning, customer solutions, or aftermarket parts leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of growing and leading a team driving revenue growth through structured sales strategies and cross functional execution.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Experience in Commercial HVAC, aftermarket parts, or a related industrial services environment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder influence skills across matrixed organizations.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and insights to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with both executive and frontline audiences.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.Benefits
