Introduction

Le Chef de poste assure le pilotage opérationnel d'une unité de traitement au sein du service conditionnement sur le site de Moreuil. Sous la responsabilité du Chef d’atelier, il garantit la conformité de la production en respectant les standards de performance, de sécurité et de qualité du groupe.

Missions principales

• Pilotage de la production : Réaliser les fabrications et les conditionnements des formules selon les ordres de fabrication et effectuer les réglages des équipements.

• Organisation et planification : Consolider les priorités hebdomadaires, ajuster le planning selon les aléas (pannes, absences) et analyser les besoins en matières premières pour assurer la continuité de l'activité.

• Maintenance et environnement de travail : Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau, l'entretien courant du matériel et veiller au respect des standards 5S du secteur.

• Gestion HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) : Garantir le respect des consignes de sécurité (port des EPI, limitation de vitesse), gérer le tri des déchets et rédiger des instructions de travail ou fiches HSE.

• Reporting et communication : Informer proactivement la hiérarchie des anomalies ou risques de rupture (matières premières, qualité) et assurer le passage des consignes par écrit et oral.

Profil recherché

• Formation et expérience : Titulaire d'un CAP / BEP ou justifiant d'une expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans dans un environnement similaire.

• Compétences techniques (Savoir-faire) :

  • Maîtrise du logiciel SAP.

  • Connaissances approfondies des gammes de peinture, des pigments et des nuanciers.

  • Maîtrise des outils de production et du matériel d'application.

  • Habilitation requise : Formation aux risques chimiques.

• Qualités personnelles (Savoir-être) :

  • Grande rigueur et sens de l'organisation.

  • Capacité à être force de proposition pour l'amélioration des conditions de travail et l'ergonomie.

  • Réactivité face aux aléas de production.
