Staff Pharmacist – Per Diem Rotating

This position will be per diem with rotating shifts day, evening, and overnight.

 Preferred Criteria

• 1 year of experience in a hospital or infusion pharmacy

Required Criteria

• Current NYS Pharmacist license

• PharmD

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to instill trust, drive engagement and effectively collaborate
