About the role;

Are you passionate about empowering sales teams and enhancing product knowledge? Join our dynamic team as a Product Training Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our field sales teams across various channels, including Pharmacy, Expert, and Grocery sales. Your expertise in training development and delivery will be instrumental in ensuring our teams are well-equipped to represent the entire Haleon portfolio with confidence and proficiency.

Your day to day;

• Design and Develop Training Programs: Create and implement local product training programs tailored to enhance the skills and capabilities of our field sales teams.
• Induction Training Development: Spearhead the creation of comprehensive induction training for new hires across Pharmacy, Expert, and Grocery sales teams, covering the complete Haleon portfolio.
• Regular Product Training: Conduct ongoing product training sessions for all employees across ANZ through our training portal, ensuring consistent and up-to-date knowledge dissemination.
• Customer-Centric Training: Develop and lead specialized product training for major customer groups and banners, fostering strong relationships and product understanding.
• Cycle Meetings Leadership: Take charge of all cycle meetings to deliver continuous product and science-related training, ensuring our teams are always informed and prepared.
• University Collaboration: Drive the development of oral care training programs in partnership with university Expert Team Leaders, contributing to academic and practical excellence.
• Content Creation Partnership: Collaborate closely with local marketing and medical teams to create engaging and relevant training content and materials.
• Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular analyses to identify technical product training and soft skill development needs, ensuring targeted and effective training interventions.
• Up-to-Date Training Material: Maintain and update training materials to ensure they remain current and relevant to the latest industry standards and product developments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Understand and adhere to the promotion approval process, ensuring all training content complies with local regulatory and medical approval requirements.

About you;

• Strong knowledge of healthcare products/science
• A skilled facilitator with experience in training, and education
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships across various stakeholders – industry, retailers, healthcare professionals and teams
• Proactive and autonomous, you’re comfortable taking the lead and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred degree within relevant industry, science/ training
