Location: Moscow, TN (on-site)

What You’ll Do
The manufacturing engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. This role serves as the technical bridge between product design and production execution, with a strong emphasis on process capability, standardization, and scalability.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets
- Lead process development for new product introductions (NPI), including tooling, routing, and work instructions, automation and new equipment
- Design and validate manufacturing methods, fixtures, and equipment
- Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives through process optimization, material utilization, and labor efficiency
- Support production teams in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including waste reduction, workflow optimization, and cycle time improvement.
- Collaborate with Quality to define inspection methods, control plans, and acceptance criteria
- Interface with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA)
- Evaluate and select equipment, tooling, and capital investments to support production requirements
- Analyze production data to identify trends, constraints, and opportunities for improvement
- Support manufacturing readiness as required
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Participate in cross-functional teams supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives (Work closely with CI Team)
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline- (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical) or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of tooling design, fabrication, and familiarity with machinery maintenance.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools for designing fixtures and tooling
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Maintenance, CI and Quality.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of automation and robotics in manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
