Main responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Data Stewards for corporate data, supporting governance processes across the organization.
• Deliver actionable governance strategies within all data domains, aligned with Global Enterprise Governance frameworks.
• Enhance and maintain the structures, practices, and processes for data governance across Sanofi.
• Provide guidance on continuous data cleansing and oversee the application of policies across the organization and within local Data Maintenance Teams.
• Oversee activities performed by operational master data resources and provide guidelines for adoption.
• Collaborate with business and data teams using Agile methodology to bring governance solutions to our global model.

About you

Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience in data management, ensuring governance processes compliance across cross-functional teams.

Soft and technical skills:

• Proven experience leading teams with a governance mindset and managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of how digital initiatives drive business value and support business transformation
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate between business and technical domains
• Forward-thinking approach with enthusiasm for exploring core model solutions that support process transformation
• Capacity to grasp the global picture across multiple domains and teams
• Experience navigating data concepts; knowledge of MDM and CI/CD concepts a plus
• Excellent presentation skills with strong attention to detail and active listening
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural team environments
• Capacity to learn new business concepts quickly and adapt to change

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field

Languages: Fluency in English is essential for operating in a multicultural environment
