1. Under moderate supervision from senior team members, supports the development and implementation of performance marketing projects.

2. Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams such as technology, digital marketing, marketing automation, marketing technology product owners, and marketing teams to create Key Performance Indicator frameworks, PowerBI dashboard requirements, marketing tech data architecture and automation.

3. Supports the development of marketing data connectivity including incorporating our Customer Data Platform and Marketing Automation.

4. Uses data analytics and digital platforms to track and measure the performance of campaigns (conversion rate, acquisition, return on investment) and prepare detailed reports.

5. Monitors industry trends in performance marketing techniques and advises on measurement strategy and metrics development with internal stakeholders.

6. Works closely with technology partners to connect data sources, both first party and external, with marketing data warehouse and associated reporting platforms.

7. Continues to build knowledge of the company, marketing strategies and campaign development.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

  • Expanded conceptual knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Working knowledge in digital marketing strategies and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing software, automation tools, and metrics platforms.
  • Experience with project management, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong verbal, written and presentation / communications skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data
  • Experience building dashboards in PowerBI

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

  • 24 months as Associate
  • Requires 1 - 3 years of working knowledge and experience in performance marketing or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is highly preferred
