About the role
As our firm evolves, so does the way we operate, collaborate, and scale. The Organizational Change Manager plays a critical role in translating strategic priorities into practical, firmwide initiatives that stick.
You'll partner with firm leadership, the AI Committee, and cross-functional teams to design and implement change initiatives—from technology pilots to process transformations—ensuring adoption is clear, well-supported, and aligned with our culture.
