The Position
The Opportunity:
As a Contract Records Processor, you are responsible for establishing governance for contract records management, implementing modern archiving methodology, screening, summarizing, and entering legal contract data to provide complete, accurate profiles of contracts in Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM) and ensuring adherence to document retention policies across Roche affiliates.
Utilizing ticketing system for incoming requests and issues
Support end users and requesters on system related questions, trainings, providing consultancy services on existing functionalities of the system
Utilizing multiple data sources to confirm and update contract data in contract data migration collection sheet
Reviewing data in database to check for completeness and accuracy
Managing multiple data cleanup for different Groups simultaneously
Work with team members within Global Procurement to achieve project uniformity and provide feedback of project tasks
Support end users and requesters on system related questions, trainings, providing consultancy services on existing functionalities of the system
Coordinate project duties with other team members
Who you are:
Have a passion for accuracy and organizational skills, which are applied to database correction and standardization
Are skilled in writing and interpersonal communications, ample business/functional knowledge to understand complex data and detailed instructions
Have the ability to follow directions and work independently and have good time management skills to ensure projects are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Have strong command of keyboard shortcuts and computer navigation and you are able to learn & use multiple complex programs.
Experience with contract management systems, Google applications
Information management or Database Administration background strongly desirable
Experience with Business research, and Database research. Any combination of education or experience demonstrating aptitude, responsibility, and professionalism. Bachelors Degree Strongly preferred
Proficiency in English and French
