Construction Manager – London & South

We're looking for a Construction Manager to join our team, overseeing lift and escalator installation projects across London and the South.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of lift and escalator installation projects from start to finish.

• Leading site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

• Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Managing project performance, resolving challenges, and keeping projects moving forward.

• Supporting installation teams and creating a positive site culture.

• Championing health and safety across every project.

What We're Looking For

• Experience within construction, project management, engineering, or a related environment.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and make decisions confidently.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• SMSTS qualification is desirable.

• A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
