What you will do :
- Provide ongoing support and information to sales teams to maximize efficient use of sales tools, processes, and technologies.
- Generate, analyze, and maintain sales data, dashboards, and reports to ensure visibility into key sales activities and performance metrics.
- Support sales operations by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of sales‑related information.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to address data‑related queries and support sales effectiveness initiatives.
- Assist in identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis to support continuous improvement of sales operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, OR
- Associate/2‑year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, OR
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Working knowledge of sales tools, processes, and technologies.
- Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly to sales stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
