Job Description

Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of the Process Intelligence program, partnering closely with Celonis, IT, business units, and other implementation vendors. This role leads cross-functional teams for defined delivery periods, owning planning, governance, communications, financials/procurement (as applicable), risk/issue management, and transition through design, deployment, and hypercare to ensure on-time, high-quality value delivery.

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of cross-functional professionals (PMs, BAs, developers, architects, vendor resources) to deliver high-quality technology solutions for the business.

  • Drive collaboration to create and gain agreement on the delivery plan, then baseline the project for ongoing tracking by scope or functionality.

  • Ensure the project team follows the chosen project management methodology and standard work (Waterfall, Scrum/Agile, Kanban), keeping stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and mitigation plans.

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce comprehensive project documentation and process artifacts in accordance with established governance.

  • Plan and run regular IT, BU, and Celonis review meetings; ensure clear follow-up, ownership, and timely closure of action items.

  • Track and coordinate progress of AEP tasks, dependencies, and vendor deliverables across cross-functional teams.

  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive mitigation strategies with stakeholders.

  • Facilitate AI and security reviews, document findings, and coordinate remediation/mitigation of identified vulnerabilities.

  • Create and maintain a detailed project plan using Jira (or similar tools) and establish consistent reporting cadence.

  • Manage financial aspects of assigned work (department, program, or project level) and support applicable procurement activities and vendor contract governance.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor engagements and support vendor delivery management.

  • Promote continuous improvement activities to increase quality, efficiency, and measurable value delivery.

  • Adapt scope of oversight as assigned — from individual projects or product components to programs or sets of projects.

Qualifications (Required)

  • 5–8+ years of project management experience in technology or process improvement programs (senior-level experience preferred).

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional and vendor teams and managing projects that include both full-time and part-time resources.

  • Strong knowledge of project delivery approaches (Waterfall, Scrum/Agile, Kanban) and experience applying them appropriately.

  • Experience baseline-setting, scope/functionality tracking, and maintaining standard project governance.

  • Experience with project and issue-tracking tools such as Jira.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, complex dependencies, and financial/procurement activities.

  • Quick learner with the ability to assimilate program vision and business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Celonis or other process-mining tools.

  • Familiarity with AI-related process reviews, governance, and vulnerability assessment.

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or related technical field is required.

Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

What You'll Get:
