Job Description

We are looking for an Onedata Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide data analytics transformation initiatives. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the transition from legacy data warehouses to the OneData unified analytics platform

  • Collaborate with business units to understand and prioritize data needs, translating them into ingestion roadmaps

  • Maintain and manage a multi-business unit demand pipeline effectively

  • Partner with CIOs and senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals

  • Support efforts to promote data literacy and adoption across business units

  • Facilitate the transition of reporting tools from Tableau to Power BI

  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of analytics solutions across business teams

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric

  • Strong business acumen, particularly in supply chain, operations, engineering, and sales domains

  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and build effective solutions

  • Expertise in change management and influencing key stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience in enterprise data strategy and governance

  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
