THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Sales Executive to our Client Sales - Wellz team in Milan

Wellz by Wellhub is our corporate mental health platform, delivering measurable, science-backed results for companies and their employees. By combining technology with human expertise, Wellz offers personalized journeys including online therapy, group sessions, interactive content, and 24/7 specialist chat support. Through data-driven insights and strategic dashboards, we also help HR leaders to monitor wellbeing, boost engagement, and demonstrate ROI, making quality mental health support accessible and scalable.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth for Wellz in the Italian market. This role will focus primarily on prospecting, developing, and closing new client relationships with HR and People leaders across Italy.
Given the early stage of the Wellz operation in Italy, the role requires a hands-on mindset and flexibility. In the initial phase, the Sales Executive may also support certain Customer Success activities to ensure a strong onboarding experience for new clients while the local operation continues to scale.

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Prospect and engage HR, People, and Benefits leaders across Italy to generate new business opportunities for Wellz.
  • Own the full sales cycle - from hunting to farming - find and open new leads,  qualify, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing new clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and manage forecasts and sales activity using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and deliver customized commercial presentations and proposals adapted to the Italian market context.
  • Understand client needs and position Wellz as a strategic mental wellbeing solution for organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams to support sales efforts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Support selected Customer Success activities when needed during the initial phase of the Italian operation, helping ensure a strong early customer experience.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to continuously improve the sales approach, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A startup mindset with hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand client needs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams.
  • Native or fluent Italian and professional working proficiency in English.
