About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a leading national surgical physician group serving nursing homes nationwide, and we're growing fast. Now, we're looking for an organized, eager, and driven Healthcare Administrative Assistant with a focus on healthcare marketing to help us grow our organization and manage key administrative and outreach functions.
In this role, you'll serve as a critical marketing partner – driving our marketing initiatives, including digital presence, physician recruitment campaigns, and brand consistency. If you understand healthcare operations, have a passion for marketing, and want to do meaningful work in a clinical setting, this is the role for you.
You'll work closely with our leadership, recruitment, and clinical teams and have real input into how we operate and show up in the market. Every day will bring something new - and that's exactly how we like it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Plan and execute healthcare marketing initiatives that support physician recruitment, brand awareness, and organizational growth.
• Manage and maintain a consistent presence across digital platforms - including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok - aligned with our brand voice and compliance standards.
• Create and source engaging content including graphics, short-form video, and copy tailored to a healthcare audience.
• Write clear, on-brand materials that communicate our value proposition to physicians, partners, and the communities we serve.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, and campaign outcomes.
• Support the recruitment team by developing marketing content that attracts and connects with physicians nationwide.
• Assist at company events and physician retreats to capture content and document key moments.
• Stay current on healthcare marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices and bring fresh ideas to the team.
WHO YOU ARE
• Organized and detail-oriented - you can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone with 0-2 years of experience in healthcare administration, healthcare marketing, or a related field, with examples of past work or coursework.
• Knowledgeable about healthcare operations and the unique regulatory and ethical considerations of marketing within a clinical or medical setting.
• Familiar with digital marketing platforms - you know what performs and why, especially in healthcare contexts.
• Comfortable creating basic graphics using Canva or similar tools and able to shoot and lightly edit short-form video content.
• A strong communicator who can write professionally for clinical audiences and conversationally for general outreach.
• A collaborative team player who also works independently when needed and takes ownership of outcomes.
• Genuinely curious about healthcare delivery models and motivated by work that makes a real difference in patient care.
This is an in-office role and must be based in Los Angeles, CA, with minimal travel for company events.
WHAT WE OFFER
• A dynamic role with real impact - your work will directly support physician recruitment and organizational growth across the country.
• A collaborative, supportive team that values your ideas and encourages innovation.
• Room to grow - this role carries serious upside for someone who performs and wants to build a career in healthcare administration and marketing.
• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
• Generous 401(k) plan
• Paid Time Off
• Life Insurance
• Continued Education opportunities to fuel your growth and sharpen your skills
