In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
  • Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
  • Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
  • Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
  • Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 13+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Agile metrics, dashboards and performance tracking ensuring data driven insights for leadership decisions.
  • Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives, solutioning and decision making by synthesizing data, preparing insights and tracking outcomes.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio for documentation and workflow design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, dashboards)
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive‑level presentations
  • Hands‑on experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps for building low‑code applications
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their business applications
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for payment systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in an agile environment.


Job Expectations:

  • We are open for Hyderabad location and will be required to work in the office as per organizations In Office Adherence / Return To Office (RTO).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment and smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze payment workflows, transaction lifecycles, and integration points with upstream/downstream systems.
  • Support leadership through prioritization of engagements, and coordination of  strategic meetings.
  • Act as strategic support partner to leadership by assisting in preparing insights, tracking key initiatives, and contributing to strategic problem solving
  • Solution Design & Documentation.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements and delivered functionality.
  • Act as a bridge between product owners, operations, and technology teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
