Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant as part of Consumer Banking and Lending - Banker Connection Team. This role is responsible for reading and analyzing detailed design documents, proactively creating test scripts based on documents, testing and learning new technology, and rolling out the new technology.

In this role, you will:
- Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
- Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
- Present recommendations for resolving business problems
- Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules
- Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
- Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years Branch product support experience
- Knowledge of Banker Connection call center systems and functionality
- Experience in Genesys Business Routing Rules (BRR) and Gateway to Team Member Support routing
- IVR Natural Language Understanding that uses caller “utterances” for call routing
- Alvaria used in the Banker Connection Workforce Management team
- Other systems such as Genesys Administrator Extension, Jabber, Interaction Console, Epicenter, Vocal Password, Electronic-Record on Demand, Customer Care Now, UiPath, Web Hogan, Virtual Assistant, Live Chat, and Official Bank Check Verification
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Must have the flexibility to work on evenings and weekends as needed.
