Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Service Sales Specialist to join a friendly + hard-working team to help drive division growth through service contract renewals, new service opportunities, and strong customer relationships. This role combines sales, customer engagement, and contract coordination within the healthcare sector.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Growth

  • Drive service sales including contract renewals, warranty conversions, and win-back opportunities
  • Promote GE HealthCare service solutions and growth initiatives
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships within the assigned territory
  • Work with equipment sales teams on tenders, pricing, and service quotations
  • Identify new opportunities and share market insights to support sales strategy

Contracts & Administration

  • Prepare and manage Maintenance Service Agreements, including proposals and amendments
  • Coordinate contract setup, activation, and internal handover
  • Support contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and service teams
  • Ensure billing, entitlement, and contract details are accurate and compliant

Customer & Internal Support

  • Own customer and internal enquiries related to contracts, invoicing, and entitlements
  • Provide clear, professional communication to resolve issues efficiently
  • Support customer reporting and performance reviews as required

CRM, Compliance & Teamwork

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, sales funnel tracking, and forecasting
  • Ensure contracts and processes comply with quality, legal, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing commercial roles
  • Experience in healthcare, technical, or B2B environments preferred
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
