Job Description
As the Policy Form Development Analyst you will work with the Policy Form Development Lead to perform product development and filing activities for new Life and Annuity contracts. Are you a problem solver who enjoys diving into data, is excited by problem solving and possesses good interpersonal skills to effectively interface between compliance and business teams? Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
Disciplined with respect to execution and delivery with an ability to think strategically and provide the vision to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledgeable of life insurance and annuity products.
Respectful for diversity of ideas and others.
A good listener with a commitment to service and support
You have
Product and forms implementation experience preferred
An aptitude for Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Excellent verbal and written skills including technical writing.
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience
Prior experience in product, compliance and/or state filing preferred
You will
Work with the Product Filing Lead to support: drafting of new policy forms as new individual life insurance and annuity products are developed.
filing and implementation of new life and annuity products.
play a key role in filing new LTC advertising.
Location
This role is hybrid 3 days in office, Bethlehem and New York City hubs preferred.
Salary Range:
$68,970.00 - $113,310.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
