พนักงานควบคุมเครื่องจักร / Machine Specialist I
Machine Specialist I หรือ พนักงานควบคุมเครื่องจักร CNC มีหน้าที่ควบคุม ดูแล และเดินเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการผลิต โดยเฉพาะเครื่อง CNC Milling และ CNC Turning เพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปตามแบบวิศวกรรม มาตรฐานคุณภาพ และข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยของโรงงาน ผู้ปฏิบัติงานจะมีส่วนร่วมตั้งแต่การตั้งเครื่อง (Setup), การตั้ง Tool, การปรับ Offset, การตรวจสอบคุณภาพชิ้นงาน ไปจนถึงการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรเบื้องต้น ตำแหน่งนี้เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่มีพื้นฐานงานช่าง งาน CNC และต้องการเติบโตในสายงานการผลิตอุตสาหกรรมระดับสากล
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)
▸ควบคุมและเดินเครื่องจักร CNC Milling / CNC Turning ให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต
▸ตั้งค่าเครื่องจักร (Setup), Tool, Offset และตรวจสอบความพร้อมก่อนเริ่มงาน
▸อ่านและตีความแบบวิศวกรรม (Engineering Drawing) เพื่อผลิตชิ้นงานตามสเปก
▸ตรวจสอบคุณภาพชิ้นงานด้วยเครื่องมือวัด เช่น เวอร์เนีย ไมโครมิเตอร์ ไดอัลเกจ
▸ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย (Safety) คุณภาพ (Quality) และมาตรฐานโรงงาน
▸ดูแล บำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร CNC เบื้องต้น และรายงานปัญหาที่พบ
▸แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าในกระบวนการผลิต และประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
▸มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต เช่น Lean, 5S, Kaizen
คุณสมบัติที่จำเป็น (Required Skills)
ด้านการศึกษา
▸วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. / ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี
สาขาเครื่องกล, เทคนิคการผลิต, ช่างกลโรงงาน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์
▸มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมเครื่องจักร CNC Milling หรือ CNC Turning อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
ความรู้และทักษะด้านเทคนิค
▸อ่านและเข้าใจ แบบวิศวกรรม (Drawing) ได้
▸มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ G-code / M-code
▸ใช้งานเครื่องมือวัด เช่น Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge
▸มีความรู้เรื่อง การตั้ง Tool และการปรับ Offset
▸เข้าใจหลักการทำงานของเครื่องจักร CNC และการบำรุงรักษาเบื้องต้น
▸มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับวัสดุงานกล เช่น เหล็ก, อลูมิเนียม, สแตนเลส

▸มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
▸มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
▸สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และสื่อสารกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
▸มีความอดทน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้

▸สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ (Shift) ได้
▸สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลา (OT) ได้
คุณสมบัติเสริม (Preferred Skills – พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
▸สามารถ เขียนหรือแก้ไขโปรแกรม CNC ได้
▸มีประสบการณ์ใช้โปรแกรม CAM เช่น Mastercam, SolidCAM
▸มีประสบการณ์หรือความเข้าใจในระบบ Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen
▸มีความเข้าใจด้าน OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) และ TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
