Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a SAM Support Specialist, located in Zuchwil, Switzerland.

Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Implements daily offer development, contract development, or contract management processes. Drafts contractual agreements from preparation through execution. Serves as a point-of-contact for internal partners and develops strategic relationships in order to drive contracting opportunities for the organization.
Administers contracts and contributes to contract negotiations, amendments, and renegotiations to accommodate scope changes.
Ensures consistency with business objectives while conducting contract review and evaluation proceedings.
Implements best practices and process improvements, and supports strategic initiatives in an effort to improve turnaround time processes and workflows.
Supports tactical and operational plans for facilitating risk assessments for potential and/or actual organizational, compliance, and/or regulatory risks with respect to external partner contracts and contracting activities.
Integrates departmental key performance indicators that measure and evaluate pre-signature and post-signature contract administration and management processes in order to generate actionable insight for streamlining contracting processes.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Support the Strategic Account Managers in their daily work

Support Development of customer-specific strategies and solutions with the business units to unlock additional profitable sales and market shares

Support Cross-departmental and cross-functional management of strategic projects as well as support in their implementation

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
