4 week Camp Counselor position. Ability to work in a different department on off weeks for full summer job.
You must be able to work the following weeks.
Week 1 - June 23 to June 26
Week 2 - July 7 to July 10
Week 3 - July 21 to July 24
Week 4 - August 4 to August 7

SUMMARY
Creates and implements new childcare programs specific to the location. Instructs and monitors various childcare activities, provides personal attention to guest’s needs, and safety.
Essential Functions:
Takes primary responsibility for the health, wellbeing and happiness for children participating in the location’s childcare program. Recognizes and resolves individual or group issues or problems. Provides and supervises entertainment activities for children participating in the location’s childcare program. Maintains cleanliness and neatness of fitness equipment and facility. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations. Performs special projects delegated by management. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Applicants must hold a current First Aid/CPR/AED card. Must be at least 18 years of age. Current required local and/or state professional certification and/or license; high school diploma or general education degree (GED); proven child care skills; and demonstrated outstanding customer service. Must possess willingness to learn and perform new child care programs and activities, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
