About the role
At Cisco, our Software and Services organisation is where strategy meets execution—and where some of the most exciting growth in our business is happening.
This team is at the forefront of Cisco’s shift to software-led, recurring revenue, helping customers unlock real, measurable outcomes through professional, support, and managed services. We partner across the business—sales, customer success, and global teams—to help organisations modernise faster, operate smarter, and scale with confidence.
Based in Australia and spanning ANZ and the Pacific, this is a team with momentum, impact, and a clear mandate to lead. Reporting to the Theatre Vice President and General Manager, you’ll join a Senior Leadership Team that values diverse thinking, encourages bold ideas, and backs each other to deliver at pace.
Your Impact

You’ll set the direction and drive execution—accelerating software and services adoption, strengthening renewals, and building deep, long-term customer partnerships. This role isn’t just about performance today; it’s about shaping sustainable growth for the future.
As a second-line leader, you’ll lead and inspire a geographically distributed organisation—building strong leaders, unlocking potential, and creating an environment where people can do their best work. You’ll champion an inclusive, high-performing culture grounded in trust, clarity, and accountability.
You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the ANZ Senior Leadership Team and global stakeholders to align priorities, simplify how we execute, and elevate how we show up for customers.
With strong visibility at a global level, you’ll also help drive what’s next—advancing innovation, including AI-led opportunities, and supporting customers as they navigate rapid change.
