At Fever, the Revenue Management team drives marketplace growth by shaping sales strategy, optimizing content and categories, and ensuring top-quality standards across every listing. We analyze performance, refine processes, and empower sales teams to reach their goals. By curating marketplace content and enhancing setup and copy, we maximize visibility and conversion.
Working closely with QA and Sales, we identify issues early, streamline workflows, and create solutions that keep our marketplace running smoothly and efficiently.

Fever for Business is building the future of Live Experiences–as–a–Service for companies worldwide. As Revenue Operations Manager, you will design, build, and scale the commercial engine that powers our global growth. This role owns the pillars of sales strategy, sales operations, revenue operations, and sales productivity, ensuring that our global sales organisation is set up to perform at the highest level. Acting as the Business Partner to the VP of Fever for Business, you will drive long-term planning, forecasting, segmentation, process excellence, rep effectiveness, and cross-functional alignment across the entire GTM. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Channels & Alliances, Finance, Strategy, Fever Originals, and Marketing to create a unified, data-driven, high-performance GTM model. This is a foundational global role with the mandate to build a world-class function in an early but rapidly scaling environment.What You´ll Do:
