La risorsa ricercata è un* Sales Support Specialist che verrà inserit* all’interno della Direzione Benefits & Engagement Solutions nella sede di Trento. La risorsa avrà il compito di supportare gli account commerciali e gestire i rapporti con i clienti in ottica di fidelizzazione e vendita delle nostre soluzioni.
Principali attività:
Attività di vendita telefonica finalizzata all'acquisizione di nuovi clienti o alla gestione di clienti già acquisiti, con attività di upselling e cross selling;
Gestione dei rapporti con i clienti in ottica di aumento della fidelizzazione;
Redazione reportistiche dettagliate sulla propria attività;
Raggiungimento dei target assegnati e monitoraggio dei KPIs.

Esperienza pregressa di 2-3 anni in ruolo analogo o affine;
Titolo di studio: Laurea Triennale, preferibilmente in ambito economico;
Nice to have: conoscenza di Salesforce;
Buona conoscenza di Excel.
