The Guest Services Attendant plays a key role in delivering an outstanding golf experience in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. This position requires the ability to multitask, stay organized under pressure, and provide excellent customer service while supporting daily golf operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist golfers promptly during busy peak times

• Manage bag drop, bag storage, and quick turnaround of golf bags

• Clean, stage, and rotate golf carts efficiently to meet continuous demand

• Support starters and marshals to keep play moving smoothly

• Maintain practice facilities while managing multiple tasks at once

• Respond quickly to guest needs, questions, and requests

• Assist with tournaments and high-volume events

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas at all times

Fast-Paced Work Environment Expectations

• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly during high traffic periods

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

• Thrive in an outdoor environment with constant guest interaction

• Maintain professionalism and accuracy while working under time pressure

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy operations

• Physically capable of lifting golf bags (40–50 lbs)

• Golf knowledge preferred but not required

• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday

Compensation

$15.50-17.00/hr

Pay Range: $12.14 - $26.00
