Role Summary and Impact

The Digital Strategy Planning / Execution Manager is a pivotal role responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of integrated digital marketing strategies for agency clients. This individual will drive the achievement of client business objectives through rigorous strategic planning, optimized campaign execution, and continuous performance analysis and optimization. Key responsibilities include developing holistic digital strategies across various channels (e.g., SEM, SEO, Social, Content, Email), overseeing campaign delivery, managing client relationships as a primary contact, and ensuring budget efficiency and profitability. The successful incumbent will directly impact client satisfaction and account growth by delivering high-impact, data-driven strategies and proactive recommendations, ultimately positioning the agency at the forefront of digital innovation and fostering effective internal collaboration for superior project outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Professional degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. Specialization in Digital Marketing/Strategy is highly desirable.
  • Experience: +3  years of demonstrable experience in digital strategic planning, campaign management, or account leadership within advertising/digital marketing agencies, including team leadership or project coordination experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, X, Programmatic), advanced Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and strong understanding of SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and CRO. Proficient in performance optimization strategies (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR) and project management tools.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.

  • Assertive communication to translate technical concepts into business language.
