  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field.
  • With 2 years experience in Customer Service preferably in a manufacturing environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

The direction and monitoring of all sales activity which includes but not limited to Moog products and services affecting shop and priorities to meet customer needs. The CSR is responsible for quotation, customer correspondence, order entries, maintenance of all files and logs for repairs, overhauls and warranty returns in accordance with Moog Policy and Procedures.

This also includes but not limited to customer account management, 24/7 AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support, special documentation for direct customer shipments and non-routine / special assignments.
