The Role 

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development to join our U.S.-based Growth team. 

This is a U.S. hybrid role, based in or near one of our U.S. hubs. 

This role partners closely with executive leadership, client leads, and crossfunctional capability teams to lead highimpact pitches, expand strategic accounts, and strengthen Real Chemistry’s overall business development approach. 

Reporting into senior growth leadership, this role serves as a connector across markets, capabilities, and teams—bringing structure, strategic rigor, and storytelling excellence to the pursuit process while ensuring opportunities are positioned in a differentiated, clientcentric way. 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead and support priority new business pitches from RFI/RFP through final presentation, partnering closely with Client Leads, Growth Leaders, and crossfunctional teams 

• Partner with executive leaders and client teams to identify, prioritize, and shape highvalue growth opportunities. 

• Translate client briefs into clear strategic frameworks and compelling pitch narratives aligned to Real Chemistry capabilities 

• Coordinate teams across disciplines and markets to ensure cohesive, differentiated responses 

• Manage pitch timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple concurrent efforts 

• Support the development of pitch materials, including proposals, decks, and presentations
