Banning Lewis Preparatory Academy is seeking a highly-qualified Building Assistant in Colorado Springs, CO.

About the Opportunity:

• Assist Director of Facilities in running the daily operations of the building
• Sub at the Elementary building as needed.
• Work in/coordinate lunchroom activities
• Receive shipments and facilitate distribution
• Assist staff with event setup and tear down
• Snow removal/cleanup as needed at building access points
• Perform minor repairs as needed
• Report supply needs to Facilities Director
• Report needed repair requests to Facilities Director
• Perform light custodial duties as needed
• Re-supply paper products as needed throughout the day
• Perform cleanups as needed
• Cleanup trash outside as needed
• Must be able to stand, climb ladders and perform general duties all over campus
• Typical day will involve several miles of walking
