About the role

About This Role:

As a Senior Specialist S2C Support, you will join our dynamic procurement team to deliver end-to-end operational sourcing and contracting execution for defined categories within the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process. In this pivotal role, you will own standard sourcing events, RFx execution, and contract completion, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and category guidance. You will act as an operational partner to stakeholders, fostering quality and timeliness in sourcing and contracting processes. Through your efforts, you will enhance supplier interactions and contribute significantly to our business's efficiency and effectiveness. By integrating into our strategic framework, you will support the organization in achieving its sourcing objectives and improving stakeholder satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage standard S2C requests from start to finish, reviewing specifications, approvals, and compliance.
  • Execute sourcing for low-to-medium complexity events, including requirements clarification and negotiation.
  • Design and execute RFx events, ensuring appropriate structures, evaluation criteria, and timelines.
  • Manage contracts end-to-end for assigned sourcing events, ensuring execution accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Ensure the completeness and quality of contract documentation and data for your assigned scope.
  • Support operational supplier performance management activities for assigned suppliers.
  • Engage stakeholders for operational sourcing and contracting activities, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Implement process improvements within the operational scope to enhance efficiency.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned, contributing to team success.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles with hands-on responsibility for end-to-end sourcing execution, RFx events, and contract management.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging suppliers and business stakeholders while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and category strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in sourcing and procurement software tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • This role is in hybrid model of work.

  • Please note that the role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

The base compensation range for this role is: zł122,000.00-zł163,500.00
