Senior HR Operations Generalist | Remote: Eastern or Central region strongly preferred

We’re looking for a Senior HR Operations Generalist to join our People Operations team, supporting our employees across AMER and APAC. This role is critical to ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently across the employee lifecycle.

They are collaborative, approachable, and responsible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to overall team effectiveness.  

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute core HR operations processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, data management, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data across systems, including BambooHR and Paylocity, and own dashboard maintenance
  • Ensure HR processes are followed consistently, with a focus on accuracy and reliability 
  • Manage HR reporting, identifying and resolving data discrepancies through regular audits while supporting ongoing compliance efforts
  • Manage operational aspects of immigration, data reporting, and compliance processes, including coordination with employees, internal stakeholders, and external counsel
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Recruiting, Finance, legal, and IT to support day-to-day people operations
  • Own and execute people-related projects, ensuring strong execution and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with internal systems stakeholders to improve workflows and data quality
  • Serve as a reliable and approachable resource for employees and managers, handling HR-related questions with sound judgment and professionalism
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Take ownership of day-to-day operational responsibilities, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Contribute to overall team effectiveness by supporting shared priorities and collaborating closely with team members and cross-functionally

What We’re Looking For

  •  3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or HR Generalist roles. Experience in a small to mid-sized technology company is a plus
  • Strong experience with BambooHR and Paylocity (highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Jira, and Google Workspaces (highly preferred)
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment
