Meet the team:
As a Employee Relations Specialist at Dexcom Malaysia, You will be responsible for implementing Employee Engagement & Relations strategies, policies, and programs to promote a harmonious work environment, manage complex employee issues, and ensure legal compliance. Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and resolution to employee-related concerns, as well as working closely with HR and management teams to develop and implement employee engagement & relations programs and initiatives.
Where you come in:
- Employee Engagement Management
- You will drive the execution of employee relations (ER) strategies that support business growth, enhance employee experience, and reduce organizational risk.
- You are expected to anticipate workforce trends and proactively recommend ER programs, policies, and training to improve engagement and retention.
- Policy Development and Implementation
- You are expected to collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to employee relations.
- You must ensure consistent application of policies and procedures throughout the organization.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- You will monitor and analyze ER metrics and trends to proactively address issues and recommend improvements.
- You need to prepare regular reports and recommendations for management based on data insights.

- You bring in 2+ years of progressive HR and ER experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and RBA
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field with a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience
