About Dexcom’s Intern Program:
Looking to spend your internship placement working with innovative technology and changing the lives of patients with diabetes? Dexcom’s internship program provides an experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Interns will have the chance to gain knowledge and develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. Dexcom interns have earned the nickname of “Game Changers” based on their ability to leave a lasting impact on our organization. We are excited to welcome our Game Changers for the year!


Where you come in:

• Provide hands-on support for end-user computing issues, assisting with troubleshooting of hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral devices under supervision.
• Support the setup, configuration, and deployment of laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices in accordance with established IT standards and procedures.
• Assist with basic incident resolution related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications, and network connectivity, escalating complex issues as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, and support tickets while following IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Collaborate with the IT Desktop Support team on system upgrades, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What makes you successful:

• You are currently pursuing Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You possess a basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common desktop hardware components.
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow technical
• instructions and standard procedures.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with end users and team members, maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
• You are organized, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a corporate IT environment.
