Electrical and Electronics Developer

Job Description:

Technology Scouting
Technology research and development for the electrification systems (energy storage, power electronics, e-actuator), including activities to improve Technology Readiness Level (TRL).
Conduct technical scouting of relevant Chinese local technologies and innovations.

Stakeholder management
Build business plan and communication with internal and external stakeholder

Electrification System Design
Design electrification/electronics systems architecture and solutions for relevant projects 

Integration and Testing
Perform necessary testing of electrification components, including component test, and system verification in a lab environment to ensure quality of delivery, with a focus on power electronics and robotic components.

Technical Consulting & Management
Provide professional consulting services to the project team in activities like: technical requirements to supplier, technical evaluation of supplier’s solution proposal, acceptance test, especially for electrification solutions and robotic systems.
Manage technical aspects with suppliers and key stakeholders, particularly with the EU technology department.

Lab Operations Support
Support lab operations, including activities related to hardware and testing infrastructure.
