Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Own IT operations for the manufacturing site, focusing on shop floor systems and applications
Ensure performance, reliability, and availability of site IT infrastructure and applications
Serve as the Site IT lead and member of the shop leadership team
Implement the site IT/digital roadmap and drive continuous improvement
Partner with business leaders to understand IT needs and influence technology decisions
Manage Digital Workplace technologies (end-user devices, collaboration tools, etc.)
Deploy, manage, and support shop floor PCs and related hardware
Support printers, MFPs, on-site A/V, and telecommunications equipment
Provide on-site support for networking infrastructure
Coordinate infrastructure work and upgrades with central IT/DT teams
Participate in lean, cost-saving, and technology refresh/obsolescence projects
Respond quickly to cybersecurity threats and support security best practices
Escalate IT/DT issues impacting production and provide on-call support as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experience
Minimum 2 years of IT support or infrastructure experience (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
Experience supporting PCs, printers, and basic network infrastructure
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
Comfort working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments and teams
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies and drive change
Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
