Within Azure Data, the messaging and real-time analytics team provides comprehensive solutions and a robust platform that enables users to ingest high granularity signals (real-time & observability) and complex data, converting those into a competitive advantage in real-time for both end users and modern applications.
The Fabric Activator Supportability Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving the end-to-end supportability strategy for Activator, ensuring customers receive a reliable, diagnosable, and supportable product experience at scale. This role operates at the intersection of Engineering, Customer Support (CSS), Product Management, and Fabric platform teams, leading initiatives that improve operational excellence, reduce customer pain, and accelerate issue resolution

Responsibilities
Define and execute Activator's supportability roadmap.
Establish supportability objectives, KPIs, and operational health metrics.
Drive alignment between Engineering, Product, and CSS on customer support priorities.
Represent supportability status, risks, and improvement plans to leadership.
Lead continuous improvement of the Customer Requested Incident (CRI) process.
Influences without authority across engineering, support, and product teams.
Serves as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership on supportability and operational health.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Job Requirements: Other & Additional
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Distributed systems experience with cloud services (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP).
Scripting (e.g. PowerShell, bash), database queries, developing ad-hoc tools.
Bachelor's Degree AND experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Poland is zł 161,100.00 - zł 277,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
