What you will be doing:

Revenue Leadership

  • Lead AEs to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Drive disciplined execution of enterprise sales methodology (Sandler preferred)
  • Own pipeline health, deal inspection, and forecast accuracy
  • Improve core metrics: win rates, sales cycle length, deal size, and quota attainment
  • Implement clear KPIs, accountability standards, and performance management

Land & Expand Execution

  • Coach teams on strategic account planning and expansion plays
  • Build repeatable motions for upsell, cross-sell, and multi-threading
  • Ensure strong qualification, stakeholder mapping, and value-based selling

Coaching & Development

  • Run structured 1:1s, call reviews, and deal strategy sessions
  • Elevate seller capability through direct coaching and skills development
  • Partner with Enablement to accelerate ramp time and ongoing training
  • Identify and develop emerging leaders

Operational Excellence

  • Enforce CRM discipline and sales process rigor
  • Use data and dashboards to drive decisions and course-correct quickly
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to improve funnel quality and velocity

Your skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years leading enterprise Account Executives
  • Proven success driving predictable revenue in complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated expertise in Land & Expand enterprise motions
  • Experience selling or leading teams selling technical/API-based solutions
  • Strong background in structured sales methodologies (Sandler strongly preferred)
  • Deep experience with CRM systems and modern sales tech stacks

Preferred

  • Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
  • Background in inbound-led sales models
  • Experience in creative tools, media, or generative AI markets

Benefits: 

  • Expected salary range is $140,000-$175,000. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
