Executar atividades operacionais para identificar oportunidades de melhoria sobre os processos da empresa, seja com padronização, mudanças na execução das atividades e/ou automatizações.

Tendo como foco, o aumento de eficiência operacional e melhoria contínua.

Principais responsabilidades:

Elaborar análises com foco na resolução de problemas;

Mapeamento e formalização de processos da área;

Estruturar de forma construtiva e consultiva, indicadores do negócio voltados ao atendimento;

Conduzir capacitações sobre o produto, processos e novas implementações;

Identificar problemas e atuar proativamente na condução de soluções;

Análise e implementação de melhoria contínua;

Suporte ao time.

Requisitos:

Ensino Superior completo em administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com análise de indicadores e construção de rotinas de desempenho;

Experiência com condução de apresentações de desempenho;

Experiência com mapeamento e melhoria de processos;

Experiência com Excel intermediário/avançado.
