About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Team Lead to join us and manage a distributed group of software engineers in North America.

As a robotics and video platform we have many exciting challenges and you'll have the chance to work on a revolutionary platform that's transforming the way people interact with cameras, and we believe, all devices. You will make a significant impact on our platform and work on a wide range of projects and technologies, expanding your skill set.

You will manage a team, align with the wider Product Development department, prioritise tasks and be involved in all stages of the SDLC. You will represent the team in planning and status meetings, providing technical guidance, whilst remaining hands-on with development and project tasks.
