Human Resources Generalist

This individual will provide support in all aspects of the Human Resources function/department. Must be able to operate efficiently and effectively within the guidelines of our policies and procedures.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred



- Advanced courses in Administration/Management preferred



- Basic knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)



- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required



- Computer experience necessary



- Problem solving/critical thinking skills required



- Ability to maintain confidentiality required



- Must present a professional image



- Provide HR Generalist support in all aspects of Human Resources functions to include Employment/Recruitment, Employee Relations, Recognition, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS and Administration



- Identify and improve internal HR processes with regard to client specific deliverables (e.g. policies and procedures, benefits offerings, etc.)



- Serve as a Human Resources liaison in order to facilitate the development and implementation of HR deliverables throughout the system



- Identify, develop, and implement HR customer service initiatives and serve as a customer service champion throughout the department



- Participates in special projects as required
