Administrative Assistant to the National Sales Manager

Overview
United Fleet Management is seeking a detail-oriented customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. This position provides direct support to the National Sales Manager and plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for new and prospective customers.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proactive—able to balance administrative tasks with customer-facing communication to help drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the National Sales Manager in daily sales operations and account management.
- Assist new and prospective customers by explaining UFM’s vehicle lease program.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in our software for all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and data organization for the sales department.
- Uphold UFM’s standards for professionalism, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Enjoys speaking with potential customers and sharing information about our program.
