About the Role:
- Lead round-the-clock site operations and act as the primary escalation point to ensure the continuous availability of all critical infrastructure and systems.
- Own the end-to-end incident, problem, and change management processes, including conducting root cause analyses (RCA) and proactively mitigating operational risks.
- Oversee comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all critical assets, ensuring operational readiness and peak performance through central engineering partnerships.
- Drive site efficiency and reliability by implementing automation, enhancing monitoring tools, and supporting long-term capacity planning for future growth.
- Recruit and develop high-performing operations personnel while managing vendor contracts and performance to ensure strict compliance with safety and service standards.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT (or equivalent experience) and familiarity with industry tools such as DCIM, BMS, CMMS, and monitoring platforms.
- 8–10+ years in data centre or mission-critical operations, with a specific focus on supporting hyperscale or colocation environments.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical teams in 24x7 settings, including experience managing managers or senior-level engineers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical critical infrastructure, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, and capacity management.
