Senior Sales Support

R&R :

Sales operation opportunity analysis, to execute the data/business analysis, under LM’s guidance, with new analysis methodology applied, and combine multiple data sources. Drive digitalization for stable business analysis process. Digitalize the business review process with power BI dashboard built to saving effort for repeatable work and improve the productivity. Master data maintenance, learn and lead the master data management and governance, to enable cross data sources analysis and digitalization needs, improve the sales domain data governance quality.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Marketing，

Experience

• 3 to 5 years working experience in data analysis
• Auto industry or FMCG background will be preferred
• Tire industry retail experience will be preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities                                                                                   

• Deep understanding in sales data analysis and sensitive to the business development trend
• Active thinking and working attitude to keep looking for working effiency improvement opportunities
• Strong leadership in team management/cross-function communication
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to manage multiple dealines and priorities
• Basic knowledge on tire makert especially tire retail market
• Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills and fluent written/oral English skills
