About the role
As a Marketing Specialist – Index & Data reporting to Senior Manager – Marketing, you'll play a critical role in driving integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth for Nasdaq's Index & Data businesses across APAC and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns — spanning digital, email, content, paid media, social, and events — to drive engagement and lead generation across APAC and EMEA.
- Partner with growth marketing, content, digital, and events teams to develop targeted, data-driven programs aligned with business priorities and revenue goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to continuously optimize and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage activation budgets efficiently, collaborating with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality programs at scale.
- Serve as the regional point of contact for marketing technology issue resolution, driving alignment and timely solutions across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or capital markets.
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business results.
- Strong experience in demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, and account-based marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, as well as digital analytics tools, to support campaign execution and reporting.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across global markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across matrixed, cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or a regulated financial industry.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation, email marketing best practices, and campaign automation workflows in a global context.
- Exposure to regional marketing dynamics across APAC and/or EMEA.
This position will be located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
