Team Overview
We are looking for a Expert UI Engineer (ReactJS) to join our team in Bengaluru and contribute to the development of user interfaces for products supporting the global Securities Finance market.

In this role, you will independently work on designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces while collaborating closely with a global team of developers, product managers, and QA professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills, gain deeper business insights, and contribute to impactful projects in an agile environment. 

Role Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and enhance high-quality user interfaces for web-based applications.
  • Collaborate with a global team, including product managers, backend developers, and QA teams, to deliver responsive and intuitive user experiences.
  • Participate in all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure applications are high-performing and user-centric.
  • Support the creation and execution of test plans and scenarios to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to technical documentation to align with business requirements and improve team understanding.
  • Gain an understanding of underlying business processes to deliver user-focused solutions. 

Required Skills 

  • 4+ years of commercial experience in UI development, with a strong foundation in building user interfaces.
  • Proficiency in front-end development using ReactJS.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, Ajax, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Experience working in an agile team environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in delivering high-quality code.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across a global team.
  • A proactive approach to learning and enhancing your technical expertise while gaining an understanding of business needs.
  • Financial services experience is helpful but not required.
