The Professional Services Department Manager will oversee the delivery of hybrid MSP deployments and complex enterprise projects, driving operational excellence customer success. This role owns business growth, P&L, resource planning, and team development for the Americas region (NAM & LATAM). We’re seeking a strategic leader with strong experience in enterprise software implementations, solid business and financial acumen, and deep technical expertise in cybersecurity and infrastructure. The ideal candidate is results-driven, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead Professional Services, Project Delivery, and Technical Account Management functions for the Americas region (NAM & LATAM); define KPIs and drive performance
  • Partner with Sales on pre-sales activities (RFPs, proposals, strategic deal structuring)
  • Own regional financials, including revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage delivery of complex implementations, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and quality standards
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team spread across both NAM and LATAM
  • Develop resource planning strategies aligned with business growth
  • Drive process improvements, tools, and service offerings
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
  • Maintain reporting on delivery performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years of experience leading teams responsible for enterprise software solutions delivery
  • Proven experience managing complex implementations for MSPs or enterprise customers
  • Technical expertise in cybersecurity, RMM, backup, disaster recovery, storage, or infrastructure
  • Strong operational management, project management, consulting, technology, and process improvement skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, revenue targets)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (including C-level)
  • Experience in matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Fluent English required; Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (CS, IT, etc.); PMI certification is a plus

The US pay range for this position is $115,000–$165,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum total target annual compensation for this role across all U.S. locations. The actual compensation offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. 

In addition to competitive compensation, this role includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts (FSA), disability and life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and a generous vacation policy.
